On November 16th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges is delivering the theoretical training from the Module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module “Contested Procedure – first part”.
Topics to be covered under this training are: a) types of judgments according to LCP, b) partial court decisions, c) decisions based on assertion, d) decisions in absence, c) issuing decisions without setting judicial hearing, as in Articles 398 and 399 of the LCP, etc.
