On November 27th 2018, Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ organizes a training on the “Criminal procedure involving perpetrators with mental disorders”.
This training will present the following: particularities of the criminal proceeding involving perpetrators with mental disorders; Detention for persons with mental disorders; Implementation of the psychiatric examination; mandatory psychiatric treatment in the health care facilities and in liberty.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges and prosecutors of the basic and of the Appeals instance.
