On November 27 2018, Academy of Justice is organizing a roundtable on the judicial practice of the Supreme Court, the Appeals Court and of Basic Court in administrative issues.
This training will elaborate on the following: reviewing the lawsuit; new facts and new evidence in administrative dispute; public sessions in administrative conflict; Compulsoriness of the judgment; Procedures upon legal remedies with the current practice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
Beneficiaries in this training are: judges of the administrative departments of the Basic Court, the Appeals Court and of the Kosovo’s Supreme Court.
