November 27th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is delivering a training from the Module on “Criminal Procedure Code”, the sub-module “Avoiding criminal prosecution”.
Topics that will be elaborated are: Avoiding criminal prosecution from the criminal prosecution, suspension of the CPCK, termination of the CPCK, timeline for conducting investigation, etc.
