On January 8th 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is conducting a training from the Module on “Personal and interpersonal skills”, the “Case Management” sub-module.
Topics that will be elaborated in this training are: 1) what is management, 2) functions and importance of management in the prosecutor’s work; 3) how to prepare an investigation plan; 4) importance and types of evidence in criminal proceeding; 5) correct management of the investigation file, etc.
