On January 8th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII), is conducting training on the Module: “National Legal Order” the sub-module “Organization of the Kosovo judicial system”.
Topics to be discussed are: legal basis of the Kosovo judicial system; Mandate of the Kosovo Judicial System, Immunity, types of courts in Kosovo; Disciplinary committee; Termination of the mandate, etc.
