On December 27th 2018, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI), is conducting training from the Module: “Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, the sub-module: “Criminal Code-general part”.
Topics that are covered are: a) formal-material notion of the criminal offence; b) criminal offences according to the CCRK; fundamental elements of a criminal offence; d) character of the criminal offence; e) exercise with practical cases.
