On January 10th 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting a training from the Module “Criminal code”, the sub-module “Criminal Code – special part”.
Topics to be discussed are: a) Sexual Abuse of Persons Under the age of 16; b) Encouragement of sexual acts by persons under the age of 16; c) Sexual Abuse, using Position, Authority or Profession; d) Purchase, use and sale of narcotic substances; e) Unauthorized production or processing of narcotic substances; f) Facilitating the provision of narcotic substances, psychotropic or analogue substances, etc.
