On February 4th 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VII) is conducting training from the module of “Criminal procedure code”, the sub-module “Search and confiscation”.
Topics that are being covered in this training are as below: 1) sequestration; 2) freezing according to Article 264 of the CPC; 3) freezing order according to Article 265 of the CPC; 4) asset freezing according to Article 266 of the CPC; 5) provisional confiscation according to Article 267 of the CPC; 6) request for provisional measures to ensure the property; 7) determining the criminally acquired material benefit, etc.
