On February 15th 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting training from the module of Criminal Procedure Code, the sub-module: defendant in the criminal proceeding.
Topics to be discussed are: defendant during the court hearing, defendant in the expedited procedure and the procedure for the international legal assistance, defendant during the procedure for issuing the punishment order, defendant during the procedure for provision of international legal assistance.
Beneficiaries of this training are: the newly appointed judges (generation VI) 2017-2018.
