On February 21st 2019, Academy of Justice in cooperation with USAID is organizing training on Ways for attaining ownership.
This training will present on the following: Law on basic property relations, the Law on property and other real rights, the protection and dismissal of the servitudes, as well as the most common problems encountered in the judicial practice.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and professional associates from Basic Courts of Gjilan and Ferizaj.
