On February 22nd 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting training on the Module on Criminal Procedure Code, the sub-module: Measures to ensure presence of the defendant in the criminal proceeding.
Topics to be discussed are the following: summon, arrest warrant, assurance of the defendant not to leave the residence, successful implementation of the criminal procedure for ensuring presence of the defendant in the procedure, preconditions to ensure presence of the defendant in criminal procedure, provisions of Article 174, 175 and 176 of the Criminal Procedure Code, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges of the sixth generation, 2017-2018.
