On March 6 2019, Academy of Justice in cooperation with USAID is conducting training on The property law: The right to property and ways of acquiring ownership according to the applicable legislation on ownership and other real rights.
This training presents on the following: Basic knowledge on the applicable legislation in Kosovo in the property area; ways of acquiring ownership; protection and termination of the ownership right; Servitudes, types of servitudes, protection and dismissal of servitudes;
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and prosecutors of the Prishtina region, and participants who have applied for the training that was planned for April 10 2019.
