On March 8 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting training on the Module od the Criminal Procedure Code, the sub-module Expertise and analysis.
Topics to be discussed are: house search and the person’s search, steps to be undertaken, ways and conditions for the search, competencies for the search warrant, limitations during the search, search without the court order, admissibility of evidence obtained during the search, etc.
Beneficiaries of the training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI) 2017-2018.
