During March 28-29 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the generation VII, is conducting two training sessions from the module on the “Civil Law”.
Topics to be covered are the following: Individual legal affairs, joint legal affairs, inadmissible acts, delinquencies, ungrounded enrichment, protection of rights, effects of legal works with absolute invalidity and legal works with no relative validity, apportioning, assignment, null legal affairs, reasons for the invalidity of legal affairs, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
