Search and confiscation

On March 28-29 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of Generation V is conducting two training sessions from the “Criminal Procedure Code” module, i.e. the sub-module on Expertise and Analysis.

Topics to be covered are the following: steps for taking the criminally acquired property, tracking, identification tools used by the investigator and the police, freezing, ways of sequestration during the search, confiscation, conditions for confiscation according to the extended powers on confiscation, etc.

Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges of the generation VI, 2017-2018.
