On April 4-5 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting two training sessions in the module of “Criminal procedure code” the sub-module “Evidence in criminal proceeding”.
Topics to be covered in this training are: evidence and proving tools, classification of evidence, the defendant, examination of the defendant, admissibility of the defendant’s statement, witnesses, contradictions between experts, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (Generation VI), 2017-2018.
