On April 17 and 18 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting two training sessions from the Module of the Criminal Procedure Code, the sub-module “Evidence in Criminal Proceeding”.
Topics that will be covered in this training are the following: inadmissible evidence, identification and exclusion of inadmissible evidence, legal consequences when a decision is based on inadmissible evidence, general rules on evidence, evidence for determining the culpability, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI), 2017-2018.
