On April 18-19 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), will conduct two training sessions from the module of “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws” the sub-module on the “Family Law”.
Topics to be discussed are: understanding the family law, nature of the family-legal relations, sources of the family law, types of families, gender and types of gender, the marital rights, purposes and conditions to enter the matrimony, meaning, types of the rights and obligation of spouses, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII), 2019-2020.
