On April 24-25 2019, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program (CTP) organizes training on “Module 2 - Work management in the judicial system administration”.
This training will elaborate on the following: Concept and principles of management and leadership; modern practices and standards of management of leadership; effects of management and good leadership; delegation, supervision and accountability.
Beneficiaries of this training are: heads of organizational units of the Council’s Secretariats (KJC and KPC), Staff of the Prosecutorial Performance Unit, Administrators, Assistant administrators of courts, prosecution administrators, and heads of registry offices.
