On April 26-27 2019, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is organizing second module of the training for administrative staff of the prosecutorial system on the “Work management in the prosecutorial system administration”.
This training will elaborate on the following: Management and leadership, planning and decision making; internal processes and external processes of work; efficiency and accountability of the administrative staff.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Heads of the KPCS organizational units, staff of the Prosecutorial Performance Review Unit, Administrators, Assistant Administrators, Heads of registry offices, etc.
