On May 2-3 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VI) is conducting training sessions from the following modules: Criminal procedure Code” the sub-module “Special procedures according to CPCK”.
Issues to be covered in these session are as set forth below: criminal liability of the physical person, mental incapacity and diminished mental capacity according to the Criminal Procedure Code of Kosovo, application of the psychiatric examination, detention for persons with mental disorders, closure or intermission of the proceeding due to decision of incapacity to undergo the trial, measure of mandatory treatment, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VI) 2017-2018.
