On May 16 and 17 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) will conduct two training session from the Module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, i.e. the sub-module “Commercial law”.
Topics that will be discussed are: bankruptcy, liquidation and re-organization of legal entities, imitating insolvency procedure and legal consequences, administering bankrupt assets, commercial contracts, banking, special loan work, banking service, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
