On May 23 and 24 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial training program (generation VII) will conduct two training sessions from the Module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, i.e. the sub-module on “Commercial law”.
This training will elaborate on the following topics: the intellectual property law, the copyright and other related rights, trademarks and their importance, legal remedies for protection of trademarks, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
