June 11 2019, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is organizing training on the “Procedure and object of the administrative conflict”.
This training will cover the following: legal provisions in the administrative conflict procedure; legal procedure in the Basic Court’s Administrative Department; Enforcement of decisions of the Basic Court’s Administrative Department; judicial case law related to administrative conflicts.
Beneficiaries of this training are: judges of the Administrative Department of the Basic Courts, and of the Appeals Court.
