June 13 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training from the Module on “The Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, the sub-module on “The Property Law and other real rights”.
Issues that are being covered in this training are: basis for obtaining ownership, ways of obtaining ownership, obtaining ownership in derivative ways, Modus Aquirendi for obtaining ownership to real estate, carriers of the right to property, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges, generation VII 2019-2020.
