June 20-21 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges is conducting two training sessions under the Module on “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, i.e. the sub-module “Law on Obligations”.
Topics that will be elaborated in these training sessions are the following: compensation of damage, compensation of the damage caused in road traffic accident, compensation of the labor accidents, claims for damage compensation, judgment for damage compensation, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
