4-5 July 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two (2) training sessions from the module on “National and international legal order”, the sub-module: “Judicial and prosecutorial system organization”.
Topics that will be elaborated are as follows: organization of the judicial system according to the Law on Courts, Basic courts in Kosovo and their departments, the Appeals Court, Supreme Court, legal basis of the prosecutorial system, mandate of the prosecutorial council, mandate of the members of this council and their immunity; organizational structure of prosecution, duties and responsibilities of the prosecutor and their performance, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
