July 8-9 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions on the Module on “Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo”, i.e. the sub-module “Criminal Code – special part”.
Topics to be covered are: crimes from Chapter XXVII, Theft from Chapter 325 of the CCRK, aggravated theft as in Article 327 of the CCRK, theft by robbery Article 328 of the CCRK, and robbery Article 329 of the CCRK.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
