July 11-12 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions from the Module on the “Civil, Administrative and Commercial Laws”, i.e. the sub-module on “Uncontested Procedure”.
Topics to be covered in this training are as below: general provisions of the Law on Uncontested Procedure, initiating uncontested procedure, territorial jurisprudence, solving the preliminary issue, declaring a missing person, declaring a person as deceased, procedure for proving a person’s death, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
