July 4-5 2019, Academy of Justice within the initial training program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is conducting two training sessions from the module on the “Civil, administrative and commercial laws”, i.e. the sub-module on the “Ownership rights and other real rights”.
Topics that will be elaborated are: loss of the right of ownership, notions of the right to construction, acquiring the right of construction, termination of the rights of construction, consequences for termination of the right of construction, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2029-2020.
