On 29-30 July 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop two training session from the module: Criminal Procedural Code: “Expertise and Analysis”.
Topics to be addressed are: Expertise, (Statement of the Expert) as evidence in criminal proceedings and their evaluation, Expertise (Statement of Expert) as evidence in criminal proceedings, Expertise and analysis according to the Code No. 04 / L-123 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kosovo of 13 December 2012, Expertise and Analysis under the Criminal Procedural Code of the Republic of Kosovo no. 04 / l-123 which is being applied in Kosovo since 01.01.2013, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
