September 2 and 3 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) is conducting two training sessions from the module on the Criminal Procedure Code, i.e. the sub-module on the “Indictment and the reviewing procedure”.
Topics that will be covered are the following: Indictment, notion of the indictment, types of accusatory acts, mandatory elements of the indictment, the court decision where to hold the judicial hearing, etc.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
