On 19-20 September 2019, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges (generation VII), is organizing the training under the module: "Personal and Interdisciplinary Skills", under the module: "Professional Ethics".
Issues that will be discussed during this training are: Impartiality - The content and legal value of this principle, Conflicts of interest - Abuse of judicial and prosecutorial function, participation in profitable activities, taking gifts or any favor, relations with parties and social contacts with lawyers, family members and relatives.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Judges (VII Generation), 2019-2020.
