On 23-24 September 2019, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program (generation VIII), will develop two training session on the module: “Criminal Procedural Code, under the submodule “Indictment and reviewing procedure”.
Topics that will be treated during these training will cover: proposals to perpetrators of criminal offences who have mental disorders, criminal liability of perpetrators with mental disorders, proposal submitted against perpetrators with mental disorder and perpetrators with substantially diminished mental capacity and Proposals against juveniles as perpetrators of criminal offenses.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
