On 23-24 September 2019, at the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program of newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) will be developed two training sessions on module: “Criminal Procedural Code” under submodule “Avoidance and criminal prosecution”.
Topics elaborated during this training will cover” Avoidance of criminal prosecution according to CPCK, termination of investigation according to CPCK and suspension of investigation according to CPCK.
Beneficiaries of this training: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
