On 07-08 October 2019, the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), will develop two training session under the module: “Criminal Procedural Code”, submodule Administration of the Criminal Procedure”.
Issues treated during the training are: writs, deadlines decision making and communication of decision, submission of writs, execution of decisions and other provisions, alternatives to personal service (Article 477), personal submition of writs and delivery procedure and submission of writs in special circumstances.
Beneficiaries of this training are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
