On February 04, 2013, KJI held a roundtable discussion on the topic: “The proof of ownership based on the contribution of spouses”.
The course addressed issues related to joint marital property and separate property, the contribution of spouses in the profit of joint property during the co-habitation - the criteria and methods of evaluation, determining the value and division of joint property during the marriage and after its termination. A special attention was paid to the ways of proof of property of each spouse in the process of division of the joint property and the rights of spouses in joint property.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges of the general department of basic courts and the Court of Appeal.
