During October 14-15 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) will conduct two training sessions from the module “Criminal procedure code” i.e. the sub-module on Criminal Code.
Topics that will be elaborated are: criminal reports in general, criminal report definition, who can file a criminal report, how is a crime reported versus the police criminal report.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
