On October 15, 2019, the Academy of Justice, in the framework of the Continuous Training Program (CTP), in cooperation with USAID's "Commercial Justice" Program, is conducting a training on "Contract Termination and the Effects of Termination - Economic".
This training covers the following: Characteristics of economic contracts and contractual obligations, incomplete and partial non-performance, specific contractual conditions in case of non-performance, rights of parties in case of non-performance of contract, legal consequences in case of termination of contract, legal consequences in case of nullity of contractual provisions, types of compensation due to non-performance of contracts in the economy, manner of calculating the amount of compensation, legal proceedings in protection of rights of business parties in disputes arising from non-performance of these contracts, ways and criteria for evaluating specific elements in the event of performance or contestation of the validity of such contracts.
