On 17 October 2019, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program (CTP), is conducting a training on: “Regular and extraordinary legal remedies under the LCP”.
This training covers the following: Appeal procedure, revision procedure on decision-making, decision making procedure according to the proposal for repetition of the procedure, relation between the revision and proposal for repetition of the procedure, legality protection requirements and decision making procedure.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Appellate Judges, Basic Court Judges and Professional Associates.
