On 28 and 29 October 2019, at the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), are being developed two training session under the module “Criminal Procedural Code”, submodule: “Evidence in Criminal Procedure”.
Topics to be addressed are: Obtaining evidence during the investigation, defendant's statement and witness testimony, witness testimony at the investigation stage, defendant's statement, inadmissible evidence and some of the inadmissible evidence according to the CPC.
Beneficiaries of the training are: Newly Appointed Prosecutors (VIII Generation), 2019-2020.
