On October 28-29 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) will conduct two training sessions from the module of Criminal Procedure Code, i.e. the sub-module “Criminal report”.
Topics that will be elaborated are: general overview on the criminal report, basis for dismissing the criminal report, and criminal report after ensuring additional data.
Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
