On 04 and 05 November 2019, at the Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), are being developed two training sessions under the Module "Criminal Procedural Code”, submodule: “Measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in the procedure”.
Topics covered are: Summon, arrest order and the promise of the defendant that he will not leave the country.
Beneficiaries are: newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII), 2019-2020.
