November 11-12 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors is conducting two training session from the Module on the criminal procedure Code, i.e. the sub-module on “Witnesses and injured parties in criminal proceeding”.
Topics to be elaborated are: concept and types of witnesses, ordinary witnesses, privileged witnesses, witnesses that cannot be examined, witnesses waived from obligation to testify, as well as examination and obtaining witness statements before raising the indictment.
Beneficiaries of this training are newly appointed prosecutors (generation VIII) 2019-2020.
