Personal and inter-disciplinary skills – Reasoning of decisions

November 21 and 22 2019, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing trainings from the module on “Personal and inter-disciplinary skills”, i.e. the sub-module on “Reasoning of decisions”.

Issues that are elaborated in this training are: Analysis for possibilities of using IRAC method for drafting judgments in civil cases, interpretation and legal reasoning, interpretation as important component for legal writing and reasoning, and methods of interpretation.

Beneficiaries of this training are the newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
