November 21 2019, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation VII) is organizing training from the Module on Criminal Procedure Code”, i.e. the sub-module “Bringing judgments and serving writs”.
Topics elaborated in this training are: bringing and communicating decisions, procedure for bringing decisions in the advisory sessions and voting by the trial panel. Ways of serving writs, return of writs not served within the set deadline, and serving writs through other participants in the procedure.
Beneficiaries of this training are newly appointed judges (generation VII) 2019-2020.
