On 14 October 2008 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized roundtable discussion on “Application of the Protective Measures for Witnesses”. In this training were treated the issues related to the persons that may give information about the criminal offence and the protection that can be provided by the court to these persons. Special attention was paid to the analysis of problems arising within the judicial practice while hearing criminal law cases.
The beneficial of this training were: judges and prosecutors of all Kosovo regions.
