On 05 March 2009 the Kosovo Judicial Institute organized a training on civil law under the topic “Pre-Trial Review of the Lawsuit and Irregularities” The subjects that were elaborated during this training were mainly focused on competencies and course of the contested procedure, Litispendence and res-judicata, as well as the Assessment of the lawsuit statutory period, and interpretation of Article 352 of LCP. Special attention also was paid to the difficulties faced by the judges during application of new legal provision of the Contested Procedure Law.
Beneficial of this training were judges of civil field from all regions of Kosovo.
