On 24 March 2009, the Kosovo Judicial Institute organised the roundtable discussion under the topic: “Acquisition of the Ownership”. The issues treated during this event were focused on the topics related to the acquisition of the ownership with the right to carry out construction on someone’s property (private-public) and acquisition of the ownership on the basis of legal work. A special attention was paid to the typical cases from the judicial practice selected by the trainers and treatment of dilemmas encountered by judges during the resolution of respective cases.
The beneficiaries of the aforementioned roundtable discussion were civil law judges from all regions of Kosovo.
